Some of the bike styles we carry are:
Mountain ~ usually used for anything from light off-road riding on dirt trails to
bombing down the ski lift at the pass.
These bikes come in 2 major categories:
Hardtail (front suspension)
Full suspension (front and rear wheels are fully suspended)
Comfort ~ used for leisure riding on paved or hard packed dirt/gravel roads.
They feature an extremely upright comfortable seating position,
suspension fork and seatpost, wide gel seat, comfort specific gearing.
Hybrid ~ used mostly for on-road applications including touring,
long distance rides, or even just a quick run down the local paved
trail. They feature larger size 700c wheels with low resistance
multi-surface tires, and gearing for really
covering ground.
BMX ~ used for jumping, grinding, racing, or just gettin' around the
neighborhood. These bikes cover a wide age span of about 5-35.
Road ~ used for anything from long distance riding to full on racing,
these bikes will get you where you want to go. *Although we do not
currently floor road bikes we can order them from several brands
including Diamonback, Masi, Raleigh, etc. Special ordering takes less
then a week usually. We have a proven system for getting exactly the
right size for you and will make the final adjustments to make your new
bike fit like a glove. We also have a full range of parts and
accessories in stock and we are glad to take care of any repairs you may
need.
