Q. What are the advantages of clipless pedals and shoes?

A. Location, location, location! No but seriously it is a great deal about locating your foot properly on the pedal as well as in relation to your bike fit to give you the most power and comfort. Also as you may imagine being clipped to your pedal gives you quite an increase in pedal power. The shoes that you generally find for clipless applications also have a very stiff sole providing even more advantages. They are a win win item!
